Hi, I’m Alexa Rosario.

I’ve been in real estate since 2013, but it wasn’t contracts or closings that shaped the work I do today. It was what happened in 2018... when my dad passed away. What followed wasn’t just loss. It was a 2.5-year probate battle that fractured my family. We weren’t just navigating legal paperwork. We were navigating silence, tension, and the heartbreak of trying to move forward when no one agrees on what that means. Even with all my professional experience, I felt lost. There was no roadmap. No real support. Just grief, paperwork, and the unspoken weight of a home full of memories.

That’s when everything changed. I started guiding my clients differently... because I had lived the chaos myself.

I knew what it felt like to be strong on the outside, and completely overwhelmed on the inside. I understood the emotional landmines hidden in every closet, drawer, and decision. And when I told my story, people saw themselves in it.

“I’m going through that right now.”

“My mom just passed.”

“We don’t know what to do with the house.”

One by one, we started walking with families through it... not just the sale, but the sacred transition. That’s how Heirloom was born. Not as a real estate company. Not as a firm. But as a new category altogether... a place where grief meets guidance.

Where families feel seen. Where every drawer, document, and detail is handled with care.

Where selling the house is only one part of helping them move forward.

We created a framework that blends empathy and execution. A system that supports the whole family... emotionally, logistically, and relationally. And a brand that exists for one reason: to carry the weight of transition with sacred precision. What I know now is this: most families don’t fall apart during the funeral. They fall apart during the probate. During the cleanout. During the quiet, unspoken decisions around the house no one wants to deal with.

Heirloom is here for that moment. For the caretakers. For the siblings. For the surviving spouse. For the children doing it all.

This isn’t about real estate. It’s about legacy. It’s about healing.

It’s about helping people let go... without falling apart.

Heirloom is our love letter to every family who feels overwhelmed, unseen, and unsure where to begin.

You don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
